RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We try to satisfy your every request. If you are not satisfied with your purchases, you can exercise pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, within 14 days of receipt of the products. These can be returned by shipping the package at the expense of the sender.

The right of withdrawal is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully respected:
- the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
- they have to report the original tag, disposable seal and label;
- the products must be returned in their original packaging.

REPLACEMENT COUPONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
If at the original order was applied a discount, the refund will be recalculated to conform to the revised order value and the appropriate discount level. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Purchase vouchers can be issued in the event that the requested item is no longer available. Vouchers can only be used once within 90 days of the issue date, for orders equal to or greater than the value of the voucher. If all the required conditions have been met, you will be refunded the price of the products purchased.
You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products back at your expense.
If you refuse this shipment, we reserve the right to withhold the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase of the products.
After receiving your return and checking that all the requirements have been met, you will receive a return acceptance confirmation email.
The refund will be activated in the shortest possible time, once it has been verified that the withdrawal has taken place in compliance with the above conditions.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item has been completed.

CREDIT CARD/PAYPAL
For orders purchased by credit card or Paypal the refunded amount will be available in 15 working days.The timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the card used.

All orders are subject to availability and order price confirmation.
You must be 18 years of age and have a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank.
Whilst we try to ensure that all information, descriptions and prices appearing on this site are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order or canceling it.
