Shipping and Deliveries
SHIPPING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends, public holidays and in the month of August. Order preparation takes 1-3 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code.
DELIVERY TIME
Deliveries are made by GLS in Italy and by FedEx for the rest of the world. We ship to Italy and to the European Union within 1-3 working days. Islands, underserved locations and remote areas may require delivery within 3-5 working days. For the rest of the world, Delivery times may vary from 1 to 5 working days.
There may be delays in shipping during sales and holidays.
IMPORT RATES AND DUTIES
Any additional taxes or customs duties applied for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
